My time during Senior Capstone, I was able to work hands on with an organization, OrganizatIOnal Empowerment. With this course and throughout my time I have build new skills and strengthened the ones that I had. It will allow me to move forward after graduating from the BTAS Program and have the confidence to utilize my skills and put them to use in the current profession. As well as in my future goals. This has been a great learning experience and one that I will be able to look back on and remember.
